Clear Aligners Direct is proud to welcome Meg Alfonso as our Senior Director of Business Development — a role that bridges strategic growth with a deep commitment to patient experience. Meg brings a 20+ year background in law, dispute resolution, and healthcare innovation. Her work in civil litigation, medical malpractice, and national-scale client management has equipped her with the skills to navigate complex systems and drive meaningful change.
History
Meg didn’t enter the dental field by chance. After enduring years of complex orthodontic and surgical treatment herself, she became determined to help others avoid the same struggles by which her own personal journey has been marked. It is that decades-long journey, combined with her professional expertise, which makes her an ideal advocate for both our patients and our partners.
Strengths
Before joining Clear Aligners Direct, Meg served as Senior Director of Business Development and Senior Research Analyst at Vivos Therapeutics, where she educated dentists and physicians nationwide on advanced dental technologies. She’s a confident communicator, experienced strategist, and passionate patient ally — always working to connect people with solutions that improve their outcomes and experiences.
Her Role
As part of our leadership team, Meg plays a hands-on role not only in shaping partnerships and business strategy, but also in ensuring that every patient feels heard, informed, and supported. If you’ve been contacted by Meg, you’re in excellent hands.
Other Interests
Outside of work, Meg serves on the Board of Directors at the Premolar Extraction Risk Awareness Foundation (PERAF) and is a classically trained musician who plays piano and guitar, and flute in her church orchestra.
